I though the most people have stress with schoolwork , works and various types of
game…….ect. so how to handle the stress is one of important role of issue.
I have three steps can for information. First, you should calm down your nervous feeling and take a easy . you can smile for one minutes. Second , take out your braves!
and said to yourself that you can do it best! Third, you should be know that you have
to work hard in normal. Follow to this three steps. Maybe it can help you handle your stress.
